Project detail

Are you a jazz guitar player or teacher that also has skills in writing?

I’m looking for a content writer for my jazz guitar blog to write a detailed 1000-1500 word lesson article on the lydian dominant scale.

The post would need to be SEO optimized for some designated keywords around the topic (details of which will be provided upon project start).

The lesson would need to include:

– High quality writing that clearly explains the topic
– Relevant, guitar diagrams, notation + TAB examples throughout.

Re: the diagrams and notation + TAB examples: It is preferable (though not essential) to use the software Neck Diagrams for the chord diagrams, and Guitar Pro for the notation + TAB diagrams. (But if you don’t have that software, Sibelius is ok OR even a quick photo of hand-drawn diagrams that I can then rewrite out in my software will suffice).

Examples of my writing style and the way I use diagrams in my posts are here:

(Note that audio recordings and videos are NOT required at this stage)

Applicants will need to demonstrate:

– Example of writing style e.g. other articles you have written or some sort of short excerpt (if available)
– Example of expertise in jazz guitar performance, most preferred a university qualification in jazz (but example videos of your playing or teaching would still suffice regardless).

I will provide the article title relevant subheadings, and focus keywords to be used as a guide for the article once you are chosen for the project.

Any questions about the project, please message me. I look forward to receiving your proposal.
