A fullStack Developer with UI/UX capabilities is needed

We are creating the company web app:
-Front webpages that doesn’t require login(It’s briefly our prices and our services + our previous work).
– And pages that require login for the following roles: SuperAdmin, Analyst, Sales, Customer.
– We want to have the following functionalities as well, Sign up for the customer, Leave your email and sales will contact you, Online Payment to any of our subscriptions.

I need a full stack engineer who can create the below:
– UI/UX for the entire website.
– BE(API) to fulfil the required functionalities above that will be called using the web pages and in the future, our Mobile Apps
– The Modern HTML and CSS techniques
– Deployment guide (That explains the deployment steps)
